Shipping
We start making your tag as soon as we get the order. All orders go out within 7 to 10 days. We ship first class mail around the United States and that usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending mostly on how remote your location is. Factoring in the mail, expect your tag within two weeks of placing your order. If you are worried or just excited, you can e-mail us and we'll give you a progress report.
Our goal with shipping charges is to be fair and simple. For orders within the United States of America, we charge $5.50 per order. We ship first class insured. During the last two weeks before Christmas, we ship priority mail with insurance, for the same fee of $5.50. For overnight express mailing or for orders outside the U.S. we charge a flat rate of $18.00. That lets us ship Express Mail inside the U.S. and, for most countries outside the U.S., Global Priority Mail. If you live in a country not listed, e-mail us and we will research our shipping options and quote you accordingly.
Returns Policy
We want you to be pleased you've purchased a Bella Tocca Tag. If, for whatever reason, you are not pleased with our workmanship, or aesthetic, send your tag back in a padded envelope, first class mail with delivery confirmation and we will refund your mailing costs, as well as the price of the tag.
When it comes to engraving we ask you this: double check your own spelling and phone number entries as you place your order. It rarely happens, but if upon receiving your tag, there's a misspelling, let us know by e-mail. If it's our mistake, we'll replace it. We ask, if it's your spelling or transposing mistake, that you share the cost. We'll give you your replacement tag at the wholesale cost to us.
We stand behind every Bella Tocca Tag, in terms of quality and durability. They won't last forever, but we know they last for years. If your tag bites the dust and you feel it shouldn't have, e-mail us. We're proud craftswomen, and we'll make it right. |
